In-Salon Appointment Cancellations
Please note that we have a cancellation policy in place for all bookings. We require a deposit of up to 30% to secure your booking. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your booking within three (3) days of the appointment.
A text message will be sent three (3) days before your appointment, where you can reply Y to confirm.

Refunds
We appreciate our clients and strive to offer outstanding service and support. Please note that we do not offer refunds for salon services. However, if you have any doubts or questions regarding the service you received, please reach out to us by submitting the form below. Our team is always ready to assist you and will get back to you as soon as possible.
